On day two I found myself in a hopeless situation with an impossible amount of work, literally laying at my feet in the old cramped and smelly house. As a disabled veteran I didn't want to worry about showings and getting the house "perfect" we just wanted to move and at the same time get a price we were comfortable with. Please get second opinions but finish with this company! Drew was amazing during this entire process and they make you feel good about your decision. There is something to be said about peace of mind versus trying to squeeze every cent out of a deal. As a veteran I believe in Integrity First and I wouldn't give this review if I didn't feel it. Polar Block for the win but you'll be the real winner dealing with a company like this than any of the big "chain" companies! 🫡
